Roasted Garlic and Rosemary Sourdough Bread

We roast a whole head of garlic just before we make the bread and include the whole head in the loaf along with dried rosemary. This bread is delicious as it is, but buttering it with some garlic butter and sprinkling it with your favorite Italian cheese before broiling it makes an out of this garlic toast for pasta dishes! We love this bread with hearty meals like pot roast, chicken and dumplings or meatloaf!
Please allow 2-3 days prep time. Preparing and baking takes over 24 hours and we always want to provide you with the freshest loaf of bread possible.
Available for local pick up Sun-Friday in Monett, Sunday and Wednesdays in Aurora, Crane on Friday.
Ingredients: Bread flour, water, sourdough starter (flour and water), freshly roasted garlic, dried Rosemary, salt.
